How we work

Muzika sends specialist trainers to work with the staff of institutions and NGOs on the therapeutic use of arts for adults and children with disabilities. We provide training for carers in all the above institutions, and work closely with Romanian NGOs.  In particular we have established a strong partnership with and Fundatia de Sprijin Comunitar  and public agencies.

Since 1990 we have worked with

And we have:

  • Built local knowledge through publication of a toolkit in Romanian.
  • Achieved Romanian accreditation of Muzika’s training courses for Combined Arts Workers.
  • Secured funding for Impreuna, a newsletter for Romanian policymakers, NGOs and providers.
